Sorry, it is my mistake for not updating my blog. For those who are expecting some anger management tips and techniques from this blog, I have let your down. This is my mistake. Sorry.

Today, I will share something related to “sorry” this word. A simple and yet effective anger management technique that teach you to put an end to quarrel in the fastest time.

Quarrel is a conversation between two angry people. Both of the participants were unable to control their emotion. They just simply let their angry to burst out from their mouth. Both of them were unable to think clearly. Here I going to introduce the easiest way to end a quarrel.

Most of the time, a small quarrel will slowly developed into a serious conflict like fighting. So beware.

Yes, the easiest way to end a quarrel fast is by apologize. “Sorry…” this word is very powerful. It is a word that can turn the tide of a situation.

HOWEVER, saying “I’m sorry,” can be the most difficult word to be said. By saying “I’m sorry,” we are admitting that we are wrong. It is hard to admit one’s mistake in front of others.

Why is it so hard to say you’re wrong?

Because it often involve saying, “I’m sorry,” which is even harder. Throughout history people have found it easier to stop speaking to one another, punch, slander, shoot and bomb rather than apologize.

Nevertheless, ending a quarrel is far more important than our self ego. The consequence of our anger is cataclysmic.

So, here I have some tips.

  1. Next time just say, “Whoops,” and see what happen

“Whoops, I’m sorry…” You can start with “Whoops” then continue with “I’m sorry”.

2. Ask them what we had done that make them angry

Ask them “Whoops, I’m sorry. Is I done anything that annoy you?”. Understand what you have done that makes them angry. Sometime, it is not your fault. Is so, please do not argue with them. Keep silent and listen to their “story”. Tell them the truth only when they have calmed down.

If it is your mistake then just apologize and promise that you will try to change it.

If the worse situation happens and you’re unable to control yourself then just stop argue and leave the area with an excuse. But remember, don’t try to escape! You can to face the problem. Find a better time to have a talk about it. Just calm down and talk.

You’re the only one who can solve your problems.
